Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of support staff, on call-outs and offering remote support.
  • Oversee large projects and sign off on work completed.
  • Design customer based solutions.
  • Ensure customer service standards are adhered to.
  • Liaise with clients before and after the sale.
  • Manage back-end systems for VoIP, Microsoft Exchange, Azure and VMware
  • Liaise with the sales department

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position;
  • Great interpersonal communication skills;
  • Keen eye for spotting data trends;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • A keen grasp of information technology;
  • Professional demeanor;
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
  • Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
  • Positive, “can do” attitude.
