Responsibilities
- Manage a team of support staff, on call-outs and offering remote support.
- Oversee large projects and sign off on work completed.
- Design customer based solutions.
- Ensure customer service standards are adhered to.
- Liaise with clients before and after the sale.
- Manage back-end systems for VoIP, Microsoft Exchange, Azure and VMware
- Liaise with the sales department
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
